In 2018, our President, Darren Thompson, found himself at a crossroads. Offered an early retirement package alongside nearly 2,000 colleagues at Eli Lilly and Company, Darren saw not an ending, but a beginning.

Unwilling to step away from the work he loved, he seized the opportunity to bring a long-standing vision to life — a consulting firm dedicated to helping companies in the pharmaceutical and bio-agricultural industries navigate complex challenges with expert guidance.

What started as a small group has grown into a thriving company with over 150 employees — 30% of whom are Early in Career professionals. This rapid growth has earned Process Alliance a spot on the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Fast25” list of Central Indiana’s fastest-growing companies for four consecutive years – with more milestones ahead.
