Alan Sundheimer

Alan is a well-rounded leader having spent the entirety of his career in varying roles in engineering, operations, quality, and executive leadership in biotech companies ranging from start-ups to large OEMs. He has experience with devices used in a number of medical areas including endoscopy, cardiology, orthopedics, neuro, minimally invasive and open surgeries, and pharmaceutical delivery.

Alan holds degrees in chemical engineering and engineering management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and is a six-sigma green belt. His experience with a wide range of materials including various grades of metals, thermoplastics, and silicones, and the manufacturing processes for those materials provides a breadth of technical knowledge to Process Alliance clients to help them overcome their challenges.
