Bonnie Thompson is a dedicated and true servant leader, known for her unwavering commitment to community service and leadership. She co-founded Process Alliance with her husband, Darren, and has been instrumental in overseeing Business Operations, especially molding the culture of Process Alliance, utilizing that service leadership background. Bonnie’s business experience started in sales support for Advantage Engineering where she used her leadership skills in sales of equipment for the plastics industry. Bonnie has also made significant contributions as a 4-H Leader for over 25 years and a teacher, homeschooling her four children and being deeply involved in their lives.
Additionally, Bonnie has been a pillar of her community. She has demonstrated her servant leadership by volunteering at Franklin Community Church for 35 years. Bonnie's leadership extends to various organizations, including Intervarsity, CareNet Center, mentoring for an adult literacy program and serving as Choir Booster President. Bonnie’s life is a testament to her profound dedication to servant leadership, community involvement, and her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact on those around her.
