Brian Harris

Prior to Process Alliance, Brian spent 30 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Approximately half of this time was at a large molecule API site that also performed formulation, filling, and packaging. At the site Brian had multiple leadership roles in operations and engineering.

The latter half of Brian’s career was as a senior leader at a major pharmaceutical company overseeing external manufacturing for the America’s. He managed an organization that supported drug product and API supply from sixty five separate CDMO relationships.

Brian is a Six Sigma black belt and has a passion for supply chain excellence and continuous improvement.
