Having earned an environmental degree from Ball State University, Jeff began his career with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, leading waste facility permit and environmental cleanup programs for 22 years. He then directed operations, safety, and capital projects at Franklin Community Schools before joining Process Alliance in 2023.

As Chief Operating Officer at Process Alliance, Jeff provides functional leadership for business strategy, implementation, and functional execution. His diverse experience in organizational leadership, operations, capital projects, and environmental health and safety helps Process Alliance continue moving forward in its mission to care for associates and serve clients. Jeff brings over 25 years of experience leading projects and technical teams across a variety of disciplines.
