Kurt brings a broad range of pharmaceutical experience to Process Alliance with 35 years at Eli Lilly and Company where he held a wide range of roles in multiple business units. After 20 years of front-line support and manufacturing leadership roles he became a planner for Lilly’s Global Facilities group. In this role, Kurt gave direction to the conceptual development of major API manufacturing projects around the world. This role, coupled with his previous experience, grew in him a deep appreciation for the need to balance the priorities of various business units when developing a solution that works best for an organization.
Kurt's approach to solving any problem always starts with asking good questions and seeking to understand the issue. His goal is to infuse the engineering team with this same desire to first understand the problem and then work with their individual teams to develop problem-solving solutions.
