After working in public accounting for 6 years and earning his Certified Public Accountant in 2019, Luke began his journey with Process Alliance as Controller in 2021 and was subsequently promoted to Chief Financial Officer the following year. As CFO, Luke focuses on sustainable growth and the strong long-term financial performance of the organization.

With an emphasis on company-sponsored benefits, commercial insurance, ERP implementation and management, cash flow forecasting, corporate structure, capital allocation, and both US and international tax compliance, Luke plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Franklin College and serves as the Treasurer of Concord Neighborhood Association.
